Shipping

Every order is packed by hand in Los Angeles and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Once your order is on the way, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping is $4.90 anywhere in the U.S.

Orders over $50 ship free.

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned because the address was entered incorrectly, we’ll happily send it again, but we’ll need you to cover the new shipping cost.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, send us an email. We’ll work with you to figure out what happened and do our best to make things right.

Returns

Our bundles are assembled by hand and many of the products are personal care items.

Because of that, bundle purchases can’t be returned or exchanged.

Accessories purchased individually that are not personal care products eligible for returns within 15 days of delivery, as long as they're unused and in their original condition.  

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or we accidentally packed the wrong items, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make things right.
